Amenities – for some people it is important that local amenities are considered. This could be access to shops, libraries and to a GP surgery, all within walking distance or a short drive. Schools may also need to be a consideration if you have a young family or are thinking about starting a family in the near future.
Environment – think about what your lifestyle is like and whether you want to have access to local parks and areas where you can walk a dog or perhaps places where you can enjoy some long summer evening walks.
